Working closely with your team, I will review processes related to donor acknowledgement, grant management, events, volunteers and more. I will asses current workflows and propose efficiencies, using my 15+ years of nonprofit operations and consulting experience. I will then assist your team to implement new processes by providing training and coaching to team members and change management guidance to leadership. Providing advice on internal communication strategies, messaging, and prioritization of changes will allow your leadership team to lead through change effectively, engaging employees in the changes and increasing buy-in for the desired “future state”.

Based on my experience as a solo-system admin, consultant, and director of professional services, we can work together to identify a productive path for gaining technical skills, honing business analyst skills, and building experience as a strategic administrator and/or consultant.
Technology assessment & vendor selection

Applying my 15+ years of experience in selecting and implementing new technology-based solutions in the nonprofit space, I will gather requirements by interviewing team members and assessing existing solutions. I will then work with you to review options and make a recommendation on the best tool to meet your organization's needs. In addition, I can assist with vendor/partner selection if you are seeking a third-party provider to customize and implement the tool and will work with you throughout the project’s evolution as an adjunct project manager ensuring the the goals are met on-time and within budget. With over 8 years of experience working with Salesforce specifically for fundraising and donor management, I can support your organization in getting the most value from the Salesforce platform, including customizations specific to your daily processes and selection and implementation of connected applications to extend and maximize your investment. I am a Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant and have worked with organizations ranging from multi-national think tanks to small, local housing services. Utilizing the flexible and extensible Salesforce platform, I can help your organization run fundraising operations, volunteer management, grant management, and programs all in one CRM.
