I excel at evaluating nonprofit operations (fundraising, programmatic, volunteers, etc) and refining and designing high-performing processes and systems customized to organizational goals. I am passionate about working with nonprofit organizations to increase operational efficiency and therefore better fulfill their missions. I have a track record of success in the areas of process improvement for donor, volunteer & stakeholder relationships, grant management & administration, reporting & data analysis, and internal & external communication strategies. I enjoy teamwork and mentoring and pride myself on building strong relationships based on trust, communication, and collaboration. 

Salesforce

I am a certified Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Strategy Designer, and Nonprofit Cloud Consultant. I have worked in the Salesforce ecosystem since 2015 - as end user, implementer/administrator, consultant, architect, project manager - you name it! I have a track record of finding or designing the right solution for the requirements and optimizing solutions that are a bit outdated. 

Coaching

I love working with people and seeing them succeed. I'm passionate about building an independent workforce and believe that a self-structured career can be rewarding and successful for al involved.
